Waveguides in Solid Wood & Multiplex

Precision-milled acoustic waveguides for controlled dispersion and well-defined directivity.

Dimensionally stable. Low-resonance. Durable.
Designed for dome tweeters in high-efficiency and high-end loudspeaker concepts.
A structurally superior alternative to typical plastic waveguides — with a distinctly higher-grade material and quality impression.
All waveguides are CNC-milled directly from solid material — no injection-molded parts, no plastic components.

Multiplex Waveguides

Precision-milled waveguides crafted from high-quality birch or beech multiplex, designed for reproducible geometry, exceptional dimensional stability, and a distinctly technical appearance.

Thanks to its cross-laminated structure, multiplex offers outstanding structural rigidity and is ideally suited for precision acoustic components. Material behavior and edge definition remain consistently controlled — independent of climate variations or mechanical stress.

Manufacturing takes place entirely within our own CNC production. Contours, transitions, and reference surfaces are machined directly from solid stock — without secondary forming processes or applied elements. The result is mechanically robust components with accurate tolerances and a homogeneous surface finish.

The visible layered structure of multiplex is an intentional part of the design aesthetic. Alternatively, painted versions are available for a more reduced, technically neutral integration.

Solid Wood Waveguides

Precision-milled waveguides made from solid wood, developed for clean integration, high stiffness, and superior surface quality.

Produced in our in-house CNC facility, these components are conceived not as decorative elements but as functional acoustic devices. Geometry, radii, and proportions follow a clear engineering logic, with particular emphasis on calm contours and mechanical substance.

Solid wood provides a distinctive material character and an exceptionally refined tactile quality. Every contour is machined directly from the full material — without layered construction or artificial surface treatments.

Suitable for DIY projects, high-end loudspeakers, and bespoke developments.

Beyond the defined standard timbers, a wide range of suitable wood species is available. Material selection and execution can be tailored to specific project requirements.

We offer both standard sizes and custom-made solutions.

In addition to clearly defined waveguide variants, we manufacture customer-specific geometries, dimensions, and driver interfaces. Upon request, we also produce complete baffles with precisely integrated waveguide contours, matched to the respective loudspeaker and driver concept.

Standard Sizes
