Right of Withdrawal / Returns
You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without stating reasons, in text form.
The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of this notice in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery), and not before fulfillment of our statutory information obligations.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, timely dispatch of the withdrawal notice or the goods is sufficient.

Please note that due to custom manufacturing in our own workshop, delivery times can only be estimated. Extended production times caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g. increased order volume, supply shortages, illness) do not constitute grounds for withdrawal.
Custom-made products according to customer specifications are excluded from return or exchange. This includes customized options such as finishes, colors, or driver configurations.
The manufacturer (LM-H) assumes no liability for damage or loss caused during shipping.

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, both parties must return any received services and any derived benefits.
If the goods cannot be returned in full or only in a deteriorated condition, compensation must be paid accordingly. Compensation is only required if the deterioration results from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer if the delivered goods correspond to the order and the value does not exceed €500, or if payment has not yet been made in full at the time of withdrawal. Otherwise, return shipping is free of charge. Non-parcel goods will be collected.
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer or by prior arrangement.
For bank transfers, payment must be made within 7 working days of purchase.
Warranty
The warranty period for new goods is 2 years from receipt.
Further claims arising from defective delivery or breach of contractual obligations are excluded.
This does not apply to drivers, amplifiers, or other electronic components, which are subject to the warranty of the respective manufacturer.
